Products & Descriptions

I take great care in creating and selecting the products offered through Butcher & the Bride.

I do my best to provide accurate descriptions, photographs, fragrance notes, and product information.

Because fragrance is subjective, individual scent preferences and perceptions may vary. I encourage you to read product descriptions carefully and contact me with any questions before purchasing.

As many of my products are handcrafted, slight variations in colour, appearance, and finish may occur.

Orders & Payments

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars unless otherwise indicated.

Payment is required at checkout unless an alternative arrangement has been agreed upon.

I reserve the right to contact customers regarding order errors, unavailable products, or incorrect pricing. Any cancellation or refund will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Processing, Shipping & Pickup

Shipping orders generally require 5–7 business days for processing before dispatch.

Local porch pickup orders generally require approximately 5 business days, or longer during particularly busy periods.

Customers will receive a notification when their pickup order is ready. Please wait for this notification before arriving.

Custom Orders & Gift Baskets

Custom candles, personalized products, corporate gifts, and curated gift baskets are prepared according to each customer's requirements.

Prices, deposits, payment arrangements, and completion dates will be confirmed before proceeding.

Changes or cancellations after materials have been purchased or production has begun may be limited, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

Preorders

Preorder products are offered with estimated availability or fulfillment dates.

Please review the individual product description before purchasing.

If preorder items are purchased alongside in-stock products, the order may be held until all items are ready unless separate fulfillment has been arranged.

Returns & Refunds

Please review my Return & Refund Policy for information regarding fragrance preferences, change-of-mind purchases, damaged products, defective items, and order concerns.

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under applicable consumer protection legislation.
