Strawberry Angel Food Cake has been a fan favourite since I introduced it more than a year and a half ago. One sniff usually explains why.

Juicy strawberries are layered over fluffy angel food cake, whipped buttercream and a warm golden crumb. It smells sweet, creamy and uncannily close to the real thing. You can almost picture the soft cake pulling apart and the strawberries soaking into every bite.
