People have been asking me for a bacon candle for years.

Sweet brown sugar and sticky molasses meet warm smoke, pepper, garlic, chili, and allspice. The result is smoky, savoury, and slightly sweet, with the unmistakable feeling of bacon, spiced meat, or something caramelizing in a smokehouse.

It’s about as close as this vegetarian is willing to get.

The Butcher’s Smokehouse is room-filling, but intentionally not a Powerhouse. It has plenty of presence for a kitchen, rec room, cabin, or man cave without making the entire house smell like someone opened a butcher shop in the hallway.
